Rachel Reiter, President, has a formal education from The State University of New York at Potsdam, graduating with honors, Magna Cum Laude. Along with her internships and participation in honor societies, Rachel quickly learned what she wanted out of life; to help people through business.

Rachel has brought her education with real work experience to create a strong team environment through innovative technology to H.A.R., a multi million dollar corporation, where she is currently the Director of Operations, overseeing 25 team members. Rachel created a commission based system with Quickbooks, lowered H.A.R.'s turnover rate by 70%, increased profits by 7% since 2007, and most importantly saved an immense amount of time by implementing new technology into the work place.
